Golden Nugget

This past Saturday Jes completed her first Triathlon, the Golden Nugget Triathlon, big ups! She trained with her friend MT and they finished within minutes of each other, well done.

Summer

It feels like summer already, it is light until about 11:30 with a couple minutes added each day. Jes and I are playing on a softball team for which I needed a baseball mitt. I'm not sure where my old one is sooo...

Bears! Guns! Firing Range!

I didn't take any noteworthy pictures today so I thought I'd put up one from a couple weeks back. Jes and I took a bear and gun safety class. There were several lectures and 2 days at the range. Our instructor Steve was very good and it was a memorable experience.

Mt. Rainbow Hike

The snow is melting and hiking is making a comeback. This picture was taken about half-way through the hike, Billy noticed the bald eagle flying and Sarah took a great picture. Click on the picture for a large version.

Anchorage - Mural City
